Outreach Ministry Committee

The Outreach Ministries Committee given the mission of the church is in the ministry of caring services.  Kaumakapili Church Outreach programs include: Food Bank, Free Store,
Ka Makana, and Community Service. 

 

Donations of clothing, food, and small household items are kindly accepted
Monday thru Fridays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.

 

Hawaii Food Bank

Opens two Wednesdays per month from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. (Closed in July) Individuals are allowed one visit every 2 weeks. A schedule card is given at first visit. Picture ID is required.

 

Free Store

Provides clothes and household items to individuals in need. Open every Friday (when items are in stock) from 8:30 am to 9:30 am. 

 

Ka Makana

Provides financial assistance for orphans with Hawaiian Ancestry.

 

Community Service

Provides work for Community Service workers and O.C.C.C. work program.


 

 

Affiliated Community Groups at Kaumakapili 

 

Hawaii Literacy Inc. 

Provides tutors for those who are unable to read or write. 

 

Malia AA

Meetings are held on Thursdays from 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm.

 

AA Family Support Groups

Provides support for families of substance abusers.  Meetings are held on Tuesdays from
7:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
